Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes, via freight partners (Aramex, NZPost, Posthaste Team Global Express), We supply all of South Pacific from Auckland.
Is delivery cheaper to a business address?
Yes, for heavy freight, residential addresses can be $150 more than a commercial address in the same town, so nominate a commercial address for delivery if you can. We also have a national network of convenient freight depots you can pickup from to minimise costs.
Can I pick up from a depot to save money?
Often yes - remote addresses we can route to your nearest depot for pickup, which can cut the freight a lot. Ask when you order. We can deliver remotely, for example to mountain tops and remote rural locations, just costs more.
Can you deliver to a PO Box?
For lighter items like 25kg and under, yes that is an option.
Will I need a forklift to unload?
Usually no - delivery trucks generally have a tail lift and a pallet jack for heavy items, but tell us if access is tricky.
Do you do WINZ quotes?
Yes - we're a WINZ-registered supplier and regularly quote for Work and Income clients needing essential off-grid power or batteries for a mobility scooter. Ask on chat and we'll prepare the quote with our supplier details that WINZ will be looking for.
How does the WINZ process work with you?
We provide a formal written quote with your name (including delivery to your address) that you take to your MSD case manager; if approved they arrange immediate payment. We keep the quote clear and itemised to help approval.
How fast do you ship once I've paid?
Typically, next business day - once payment clears we get it away as soon as we can, and send tracking. Large or complicated order budget in a couple of extra days to get it fully palletised and secure for transport.
