Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

Goods we sell to consumers come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If a product is faulty, not fit for its stated purpose, or does not match its description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the nature of the fault. Which we will provide within a reasonable timeframe.

Note: consumer guarantees do not apply where goods are acquired for the purpose of on-supplying in trade (for example, our reseller and wholesale customers), consistent with our reseller and wholesale terms.
